PointSolve’s Managed Services includes unlimited Remote Support from our knowledgeable, friendly and local Help Desk Call Center. You will receive a Fixed Rate Support Contract and quarterly reports with a summary of your activity.
It's like having your own IT department 24 X 7, they’re never on vacation! You can call the Help Desk with ANY question or problem. It could be system errors, system speed, Microsoft application questions, other software issues, anything at all. We will be the liaison between you and any technology company that you depend on.
Your network is continuously monitored remotely 24/7 to detect malfunctions before they become major interruptions to your business. We’ll be notified when a system is unavailable, needs a software update, or is about to cause a problem. Frequently, we are able to correct a problem before you even know it exists. Less than 1% of issues are unresolved, usually because of outdated hardware.
